We offer shipping to destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available and to review the applicable shipping charge before placing your order.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7–12 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer because of the destination, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Shipping Charges and Customs

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If your destination applies import duties, taxes, or customs fees, those charges may be payable upon delivery unless checkout states otherwise.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, email RanckKagey43@outlook.com as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at RanckKagey43@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised shipping timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
