Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return, email RanckKagey43@outlook.com before sending any item back. Include your order number and the reason for your request. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include clear photos.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Once your request is reviewed, we will email you return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving those instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To request an exchange, email us before returning the item. Exchanges depend on product availability. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process.
